| Q: I love your site. Your koi pictures are beautiful. But they are expensive. Why? A: Thank you. Your complement is greatly appreciated, especially by our web designer. As to why the koi fish on my website is expensive -- QUALITY. "You get what you paid for". It's that simple. Note: We do not doctor our koi pictures/images in any fashion or form. What you see is what you get. Q: I'm looking at your fingerlings (Tosai). What is the difference between A, AA and AAA? A: All of our koi are imported, quality fish with snow white skin and deep, bright colors. The difference -- AAA has a greater/higher potential in becoming a Grand Champion (when she/he gets big and if you want to compete at koi shows). It is also the reason for their price differences too. Note: All of our fingerlings are hand selected into these grade (A, AA, AAA) determined mostly by their patterns. Q: I live in the area. Can I come to pick up my koi? A: Our license is for online only. Our apologies for any inconvenience. Q: What's your guarantee of me getting the koi I bought? A: We try to update our sales as soon as possible but in the case that the koi you purchased has already been sold, we will contact you immediately to let you know. Therefore it's very important that your contact info is correct. The following are some solutions: - offer a replacement (value, size, quality, etc., to the koi you purchased)
- full refund
Q: What's your policy on return for live koi fish? A: There's no return on live koi fish. Once the fish leaves our facility, we cannot take any koi or koi fish back due to health reasons. For more info, see our Return Policy |
