Our license is for online only. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

What's your guarantee of me getting the koi I bought?

We try to update our sales as soon as possible but in the case that the koi you purchased has already been sold, we will contact you immediately therefore it's very important that your contact info is correct. The following are some solutions:

offer a replacement (value, size, quality, etc., to the koi you purchased)
full refund

What's your policy on return for live koi?

There's no return on live koi fish. Once the fish leaves our facility, we cannot take any koi or koi fish back due to health reasons. For more info, see our Return Policy
