Feed Medi-Koi if you notice redness in the skin of fish, mouth rot, fin rot,
or body sores. Feed the Medi-Koi for 14 days or more. No modification of the
diet is needed, there is already an attractant in the food. Deposit the food in
front of the affected fish. Sick fish are more likely to eat a food which is on
the bottom, right in front of them.
At what temperature should I feed this medicated diet?
Medi-Koi is rich in protein, including shrimp & fish meal. It should not be
offered to fish with temperatures averaging under 59º F. If a fish is suffering
a bacterial infection in colder water, place the fish in quarantine & gradually
warm the water to at least 59º F & feed Medi-Koi.
